All tours are composed by visits to wine estates, their vineyards and cellars. The guide and owner of the company (Fábio) is expertized in wine and will provide in-depth knowledge about the world of wine and the process of winemaking, namely aspects like:

• Selection and cultivation of grapes, viticulture, grapes processing, vinification, stage of wine, the role of the wood and the blending process.
• Organization of a winery, the history and current panorama of wine in Portugal and in the region, functioning of the market, organization of the wine business and certification standards.
• Concepts involved in wine degustation, by learning the tasting techniques and understanding how to analyze the flavours of a wine.
